Why would Time magazine name Ho Chi Minh of the "most influential people of the century"?

Because "Time" is a far-left magazine that isn't even worth its weight in toilet paper. Yes, I have tried wiping my butt with a "Time" magazine, but the pages are much to shiny, and it smears and makes an awful mess.
