What is the right flat iron for me?

I have blonde hair a little bit longer than my shoulders (like an inch or so). It is striaght-ish wavy-ish but has annoying waves that aren't wavy enough to be considered real waves but prevent my hair from being straight. I had a CHI and it was okay but I wasn't in love with it. Then somebody stole it. Now I am on the market for a new one. What should I get?
