Is a dog's personality likely to change once they're over a year?

My Pom/chi turned 1 today and still acts almost exactly like she did at 8 weeks when I brought her home. Some people might not want a "perma-puppy", but I LOVE her personality and hope she never changes. She has learned a lot-like tricks and where to potty and better manners with other dogs, but really acts no different. I've really been hoping she'd stay the same, so will she now that she's "mature" and still acting this way, providing of course that we treat her the same forever? I will always love her like a child no matter what, but it sure would be nice
