What is the best and fastest flat iron for long, thick, frizzy hair?

Right now I have a Chi Turbo and it takes me about 45 to 60 minutes. I would like something that would only take ten to fifteen minutes. I am not too concerned with the price, I would just like something that works well and is good quality. I would also like my hair to end up smooth and frizz free.
