What do you do to get rid of the rotting animals under your deck? PLEASE ANSWER A.S.A.P!!!!!!?

Okay so we have a cat that likes to hunts. She always catches chipmunks and sometimes moles. Well this might sound grossssssss but she eats the heads untill you can seebthe skull. Well she knows we dont like to see the body and heads laying in our yard so we figured out she hides them under there. So, now there is this weird and gross odor, which it attracting flys every where! Is there anything that will take away the flys and odor away??!?!?!?!?!?? I BEG OF YOU PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! thaankyouu!
