Live in 2nd floor apartment, getting 6 week old chi how hard will she be to house train ?

I've had 4 poms but never a chi ~ how hard will it be to house train a 6 week old female chi ? AND does anyone have any helpful information. I DO NOT want to use papers !!!!!!
