A good eyeliner that does not smear or clump in the corners that can be bought in stores?..?

I'll give you a tip.. buy any cheap eye liner and black eye shadow or what ever color. Put the eye liner on and set it with eye shadow. Get an applicator, a q-tip can work and put it on your eye water line. Since our eyes our moist thats why eye liner smears, but when something dry is set over it.. it sets it and last longer!
