Acne on forehead help :(?

like in 7th grade my. skin was awful but then I went to the derematolgist and got this treatment set and it all vanished and I've been using it since. well freshman year I got my haircut to front Bangs and the acne was slowy coming back ...I ran out of the lotion and gel of my set and I only have the wash which jairos working okay but I can't really get The rest of my treatment set yet.my face is gross all on my forehead ans right now I have.2 gigantic zits and I don't know what to do...I know my face acting out due to my bangs and because its summer of here but I really don't know what to do!!
